Code of conduct

Our promise for a circular future

As a B Corp certified company, we put circularity first.

At Chainable, we believe in a world where kitchens aren’t thrown away but given a second life. As the most sustainable supplier of circular kitchens, we take our responsibility for people, planet and society seriously — not because we have to, but because it’s our passion.

As a B Corp, we meet the highest standards for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. We are committed to building an economy that works for everyone — for the long term.

The Chainable vision

We see it as our moral duty to handle natural resources with care — not just for ourselves, but for future generations. Our circular kitchens (already 88% circular!) are made as much as possible from recycled and recovered materials. And for every kitchen, we plant 36 trees.

At Chainable, we protect the health of our employees, monitor our fuel consumption, and take our social responsibility seriously by being fully transparent about our processes and products. Openness is in our DNA.

Our code of conduct: beyond ourselves

Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) doesn’t stop at our own organisation — we carry the entire chain with us. As a B Corp certified company, we expect the same level of dedication to sustainability from our employees and supply chain partners.

This code of conduct is based on internationally recognised standards such as the OECD guidelines, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the ILO standards, and the ISO 26000 guideline. The principles we apply are fully aligned with B Corp values.

If it becomes clear that an employee or supply chain partner is not actively complying with this code of conduct or fails to carry out agreed measures, this may affect their employment or collaboration with us.
